Shipping and Returns
This page provides information and procedures related to the shipping of products you purchase through our website and the returns process.
Shipping and Fees
The shipping costs are the responsibility of the order recipient. In other words, in addition to the product prices listed on our website, shipping fees are added based on the recipient's location. Currently, we ship our products to Portugal and Spain, with shipping costs of €5.5 for mainland Portugal and mainland Spain, €12.5 for the Portuguese islands, and €16 for the Spanish islands.
For orders over €100, we offer free shipping to mainland Portugal and mainland Spain.

If for any reason the recipient refuses to accept the delivery or does not collect it within the required time, the shipping costs or associated delivery fees will be charged to the customer. A new shipment can be arranged upon new payment of the shipping fees.
Returns
We offer a 30-day trial period and returns made within this period. Returns can be made free of charge at our physical store - Folha Concept Store - or by courier, in which case the shipping cost will be borne by the buyer.
In case of incorrect delivery, delivery of the wrong item, or incorrect quantity, Cozy Leaf will correct the delivery at no cost to the customer.
If you are outside the European Union, we do not accept any exchange or return of products, as additional import duties, customs taxes, and local sales taxes will apply.
The packaging must be returned complete, as delivered, and accompanied by the sales invoice. The packaging and respective documents should be delivered to our address: Rua Conde de Pinhel, Loja 5, Mercado Municipal 5150-616 V. N. de Foz Côa.

Conditions for Returns or Exchanges
Although we accept returns or exchanges within the first 30 days, returned goods will only be accepted if they meet the following conditions:
- The returned item must be intact and without any signs/damage from use;
- It must be returned along with its original packaging and accessories;
- It must be accompanied by the invoice showing that item.
If any of these conditions are not met, we cannot accept the return (and the consequent refund) or exchange.
Defective Items
Cozy Leaf is a brand of handmade products with natural fabrics, so small irregularities may appear in the products, which are considered normal.
However, if you believe there is a significant irregularity that you consider a defect, we will refund or exchange it, provided it is reported and returned within the first 30 days after receiving the product and that its return meets all the conditions outlined in the previous section (Returns).
Refund
If you wish to return a product and do not want an exchange, the refund can be made through a money return or credit note, at the customer's preference. The credit note can be partially or fully used for new purchases at our physical store - Folha Concept Store - or on our online store, cozyleaf.pt.
Cozy Leaf will refund the total amount paid for the item as soon as the product's condition and compliance with the above conditions have been verified.
